Fenya Logistics was founded and established in 2004. Fenya's focus is to provide a compehensive range of transport services to the mining, private and public sectors thoughout South Africa and the SADC countries. Fenya Logistics is a black empowerment company structured as a private entity with shareholding of 20% owned by Mr David Lekota, 20% owned by Mrs Kwati Candith Mashego-Dlamini and 60% owned by Messina Associated Carriers (MACTRANSCO Group of Companies).
